  This actually works out to 41.575 so essentially it’s the same. Since I have to drive about 25 miles to the nearest Walmart, this is sweet!

  You are missing the point that this isn’t a deal. You can purchase these anywhere everyday and all day for this price. If you just want to buy things for regular price then you can do so, but this is a place for deals, and this is not one of them.

  I think you are missing the point that what may not be a deal to you is a deal to someone else. Walmart doesn’t offer free shipping and some people don’t live close to a lot of big stores or prefer to have these types of items delivered.

  Also keep in mind that many people don’t live near big cities where you can run out and get what you want in a matter of a few minutes. We live two hours in all directions from big cities. Makes it hard to get what you need unless you make a supply run two hours away.

  Keep in mind there are people as myself who are recovering from surgery or disabled that cannot get out to Walmart or anywhere else for that matter. We appreciate DEALS like this that Collin posts! So with that, Thank you Collin!

   There is also a subscribe and save deal on the same page…48 rolls for $21.99 but if you have 5 items the subscribe and save price brings it down to $18.69…$.39 per double roll or $.19 per single roll
