Great deal on batteries! off topic how do you get a upromise card or set up an acct? Thanks in advance 🙂

You just go to the website and register, Delia.

I hate to knock a good deal and I have zero personal experience with this website, but every time this deal comes up on another ‘deals’ website, the folks there go out of their way to recommend using PayPal and not giving these guys your credit card info, and many also claim these batteries are fake – with Duracells priced lower than dollar store batteries, you do have to wonder.

Fake batteries?!? Really, don’t people have better things to do, sigh, so sad.

    • Cassandra

I’ve seen that too David. And if you notice, they’re always sites with terrible reviews.

I bought batteries from Rakuten last fall when a similar deal was posted. The batteries arrived and every one had expired the month before. Usually batteries have a shelf life of 3-5 years so these were manufactured years ago. When I emailed the company, I received no reply.

That’s the whole point to Visa Checkout, you give your info to VISA, not the website you are buying from. I got my Clarisonic from Rakuten and it was fine, and a lot cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. They used to be Buy.com

  4. Marilynn

They won’t let me enter the promo code 🙁

      Are you using Visa Checkout?

  5. Suzanne

I did this deal a while back, and every single battery they sent me was DEAD, and it’s hard to get any satisfaction on bad orders from Rakuten. Buyer Beware.

  6. Kelly

I ordered from these guys right before Christmas and had a great experience. Batteries arrived quickly and don’t expire until 2018.

Promo code doesn’t work. There is no option to put in any code. I tried PayPal and visa checkout. Nothing works

I just tried for the 1st time. Below the word “Checkout”, click on the “Visa Checkout” logo which prompts you for payment info. After you enter your info you will see your order for $20.99. I went thru eBates too.
