   Scared to order more of these. Ordered some new balance running shoes a month or so ago and while they seemed to be a good deal, and looked very pretty in pink and purple, the mesh at the top of the foot has formed holes after a couple of wearings. Wondered if anyone else has had this problem with New Balance.

  They may just be a defective pair. My hubs has net mesh as well as others before and they have lasted well and the ones he has not are great condition and he’s already had them for 6 months.

  That’s weird. I have bought new shoes from this site almost every 2 months for the past 2 years and have never had a problem with any of my shoes. I wear them out too.

  Yes, me too! I did buy mine a year ago from this site but I rarely wear sneakers…we don’t wear shoes in the house and I NEVER wear sneakers in the summer (hello, flip flops!)…maybe worn 12 hrs a week! I called NB bc the holes are on the top material, not the sole, not the inside etc and they said it sounds like “normal wear.” How do holes form on the top and sides of the material on a show that is rarely worn, normal? I told NB they lost a customer….I offered to send pics even! Shoes feel great, but I can’t afford new sneakers a few times a year. ✌️

   I have ordered several pairs and they have all been great — that is in leather. But the mesh ones were not good.

   I have poor arches or flat feet. Will these shoes give support in the arch? I am open to suggestions.

   I ordered the ones in December as well and they too have formed holes in the mesh on top. Comfortable, but wear out quickly.
