   Love their items. But, I actually ordered something last night and called to see if i could cancel my order this morning. It still showed that it was processing. They said no I could not cancel it. Told them that I wanted to cancel because there was free shipping today. Lady seriously said; “well that just stinks” They wouldn’t cancel it, or offer a refund on the shipping. But, I still love their items. Customer service just needs to be better.

  do you know of any places that would honor that? I don’t. even great customer service has to have its limits. I’m sure by now they’ve started processing your order so can’t cancel and to change shipping wouldn’t be fair either.

  Amazon honors just about anything. Sears and kmart also honor price drops within 7 day orders.

  Disneystore.com gave me a $5 credit for future use because they offered free shipping the following day 🙂 It doesn’t hurt to ask and the companies are not losing. Plus some customer service agents are just crass. They can always be friendly or keep comments to themselves.

  And Lands End is always more than happy to credit my account when I’ve seen promos change after an order. Especially the next day. I’m surprised Charming Charlie wasn’t any nicer than that!

  The quality is really good but the sizing runs small. I always have to go up at least a size if not 2 sizes.
