Email CS at info@shopyourwayrewards.com forward them the email that says you have $20 in surprise points and explain that they are not in your account, they will adjust your account for you and add them in automatically.

Just a heads up if you order the clogs for kids be forwarned they are HUGE! they had a Bogo with extra 10%off on Sunday, my kids wear size 13 shoes. I ordered them all 13’s and they are way too big.
I had the same problem with the fisherman sandals and some girls espedrilles and lacey “toms” ….I was bummed…hoping her feet don’t grow more than an inch by next summer:(

None for me. Last fall I got $5-7 dollars in points with no restrictions about every 2 weeks. Used them towards my Operation Christmas Child box. Now, nothing for months…

I received the $10 is surprise points, but there are a ton of exclusions: “Excludes Lands’ End, Food, Household Cleaning, Beauty and Health Care, Fragrances, Cosmetics, Office and School Supplies, Batteries, Party Supplies sold in the Greeting Card department, Books and Magazines, Prescriptions, Pharmacy, Alcohol and Tobacco items and other surprise points.”
Yeah, bummer. Those are contract departments.

I’ve had so much trouble with KMart that they could give me $50 worth of free points, and I still wouldn’t go there. Site to store is ridiculous.
I did site-to-store on the wet/dry vac Collin posted last week and had a pretty pleasant experience, surprisingly. I’d never done it before. I would definitely do it again now that I see that my closest Kmart is less than 30 minutes away.
I have had a ton of trouble with kmart too, I just used them at Sear’s instead.
Courtney, I use mine at Sears too or a further Kmart than the one closest because of a bad experience at Kmart this past New Years Eve. The supervisor threw a racial insult at me and wasn’t even made to apologize nor was she reprimanded. I emailed customer service and even spoke to someone on the phone and they did not do anything about it. And I mean NOTHING!
I was so very hurt and disappointed. I now either go to the Kmart in the town over where they are super nice and polite or I shop at Sears. (Baby clothes, toys, towels, or kitchen stuff are what I usually get.)

Can someone explain to me how this works? I have points from buying a treadmill and surprise points. How do I use them. And do you get free shipping?
If it says free shipping or you can do store pick. When your checking out. At payments on top it says you can apply your rewards.
If you are buy something in store when you check out just telling them you would like to you your suprise points.If it’s online all you have to do is make sure you sign in shopyouway rewards then put the items you want to buy in cart and it will say do u want to apply points.If you shipped it store it free….HTH
