  I am the primary member on my account and it shows 1.99 for me as well. I tried it last month also and was charged 1.99. So, I didn’t attempt it this time.

    how do you get it for free? I have Amazon Prime and it says 1.99. Does it come off after it processes?

    I think i figured out why it was charging $1.99 for prime members. If you followed the link from this post and your on the Prime First page thats shows you thosonths selections scroll all the way to the bottom, it will show if you are signed in to your account or not. The first time they tried to charge me the $1.99, I signed in again through that page and it was free.
