  It doesn’t specify, but most likely the earlier the better. On a few of the items it states to “enter within the hour” that sign up begins to be eligible. Good Luck!

  I’m thinking the limit is actually $600, so you’re right, not sure how much tax would be on the large prize. Last year I entered as soon as my phone showed the hour and every time I received a message that the contest wasn’t open yet. I much prefer this format.

    If you win, how are you notified? Is it an immediate notification? Or do I have to wait until 12:59pm when the time to enter is up?
