And here comes all the referral links that Collin doesn’t want us to post on her post. She does alot for us and everyone should appreciate that and respect her by not putting your personal links after she asks us not too.

    • rcvmeg

I agree Kayla…..its her effort and hard work.

      • kayla

Exactly, thank you for agreeing with me Rcvmeg!!!

    • Whitney

      👏👏👏👏

    • Nessa

and these comments are equally as useless…give it a rest. If she wants to delete or reject referral links, she can and will…

      • AP

I thought the same thing… Uh oh, here we go! Lol. No comments are useless. Everyone has an opinion they’re entitled to share. If Collin started rejecting comments, people would get all bent out of shape about that. Instead, why not just follow the directions in the post? For me, it’s simple. Collin says to create “your own” link to share on “your own” page with your family and friends. Sounds pretty straightforward to me.

        • Cassandra

Who cares who gets bent out of shape? I don’t know many blogs that let you post your referral links, but I never see any complaining about it in the comments. I’ve seen Collin delete arguments and comment that don’t add any substance to the conversation. I’m sure the ‘useless’ comment just intended that telling people not to post their links doesn’t matter…because they’re going to.

        • Kristen

Haha!! I thought the same thing!!! You don’t want to leave a link, then don’t. Otherwise move on. Get over it.

    • sophie

I always use Collin’s link. I would feel like I’m stealing from Collin, when she’s done all the work.

      • Guest

People send her these deals a lot of the time. I use Collins link too but that doesn’t mean we are stealing from her if we don’t! There’s an app out now Pat Pat you can get free stuff with a credit that has NOT been posted here. When it is, doesn’t mean this is the first place that found it.

    • laura

I ordered a TV for $750.00 from efurb.com on October 31. The TV shipped on Nov. 3rd, but I wasn’t home to sign for it and was never notified when it would be at my house because efurb gave the delivery company the wrong number. I gave efurb my correct phone number and also emailed them my number as well to make sure beforehand, so I’m not sure how it was possible to give the Delivery company the wrong number.

They left a notice that they missed me and I had to call the Delivery company to reschedule and also give them my correct number.

The delivery company called me on Nov. 5 and said they would ship the TV the next day on Nov. 6th between 10-2. They called me at around 1 on Nov. 6 and said they would be about a half hour. They eventually came around 3:30.

I set the TV up and turned it on and a 3 inch vertical black bar popped up on the screen. The TV was defective. I immediately emailed efurb the same day Nov. 6, told them the problem and asked how to go about getting a replacement. She emailed back Nov. 9th (On Monday because they were off for the weekend) and said she would arrange for AM Trucking to pick up the defective TV and create a replacement for a working unit.

2 days goes by and nothing, so I emailed back on Nov. 11th to see if there was an update about picking up the defective TV. I got an email back the next day on Nov. 12th telling me there would be a delay because they are switching freight companies and would let me know a date for the pickup when they got that info.

4 more days pass and nothing, so I called on Nov. 16th to ask what was going on and they just blamed the delay on the trucking company. They said they were setting up with a new freight company and the TV would be picked up within the next few days.

2 days pass (Nov. 18th) and they email back and say they have no choice but to go with the same AM Trucking company to pick up the TV.

AM Trucking picked up the TV 2 days later (Nov. 20). I immediately emailed efurb notifying them that the TV had been picked up and mentioned for the 5th time about wanting a replacement.

I got no response on Monday Nov. 23 (Again, they don’t work weekends), so I emailed again on Tuesday Nov. 24 and asked if they had received my message. She emailed back and said that she was sick yesterday and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund (for the 3rd time) and how they are testing out other delivery options.

So now I’m expecting another blame of the delivery company run-around and probably another unwarranted delay on delivery of the replacement TV. The replacement process is coming up on 3 weeks with pretty bad customer service in-between.

I hope I receive anything at this point, let alone a replacement TV. The thrill of buying a nice TV has gone out the window a long time ago. Customer service seems like they are out of the loop half the time and make you feel uncertain on what’s going on as a customer. They don’t reach out to you unless you contact them first. That has been every single time during this process, in my experience.

They have easy, no worry, no hassle etc etc returns and warrantees all over their website, but in my experience has been nothing but a nightmare. They fault the delivery company twice. but they have shipped in a timely manner and have been more than fine.

I’m still waiting on even getting a shipping estimate on a replacement TV almost 3 weeks later. At this point, I don’t really mind anything else other than getting totally ripped off.

I would say to anyone thinking of buying from efurb, make sure it’s not a freight delivery item (like a TV or anything heavy) or you will most likely have to wait at least 3 weeks or more to get a refund/replacement (if at all, I don’t know yet) if you receive a defective item like I did.
