So, my son who is only two years old has decided he LOVES batman. Is there any TV show / movie that is about batman that is appropriate for this age? They make shirts for his size and the little boys in his class wear them therefore, he has decided this is the character he is going to be obsessed with…

You might try the old original series. It is live action and very campy. It has been awhile since I watched it though.

Netflix has several animated Batman options for the little one. My kiddos like Batman and they even have a lego duplo set of Batman.

I haven’t even found one for my almost 6 year old. I would prescreen the ooriginal one as that’s one I’ve never seen but the Netflix one I did prescreen for my 2 and 5 year old and I would put a minimum age (also I think the recommended age) at 9 . Books are all my children know of any superhero and they love it. Lots if board comic books. Common sense medias website might also help find something but so far I haven’t lucked put with any superhero.

Today through Sunday they are having Customer Appreciation Days. B&N Members get 20% off nearly everything- from books, magazines, toys, even the Café. DH and I split a yummy chocolate mousse there this afternoon, 20% off with B&N Membership. We bought a few book gifts ahead.

Batman the brave and the bold is a great show for a batman lover. I have 5 boys and they all love the show. It use to be on Netflix but I have gotten the DVDs from SAMs.

Check your local libraries if you don’t have a Barnes and Noble near you. I am hosting an event at my library and others will too!
