I did a deal last time they had free shipping. Evidently my order was canceled with no notification sent to me and yet I was still charged. They have no evidence of the charge coming out of my account. It’s being sent to their refund/research department. The customer service rep said it was cancelled because I used two codes. I sure hope this isn’t a regular occurrence for them. I’m hesitant to place another order.

Contact your bank or the credit card if they refuse to help you. You will need to file a claim, but most likely you should be able to get your money back, and usually there is a limited time period to file claims like 60 days from date of charge.
Same thing happened to me on that 9/16 order but fortunately I chose to pay with Paypal. I opened a Paypal dispute and L’Occitane refunded my money in 2 days. Paypal has definite buyer protectection. As for L’Occitane, I will never order from them ever again. This first time was a last time.
