Well it’s prolly over because so many people feel the need to call visa and complain about getting something for free! Many people have posted that they talked to visa they are working on getting codes sent out they’ve had so many people sign up the system was overloaded! IT COULD TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS TO GET YOUR CODE some of you should actually read the other comments instead of posting you didn’t get your code over and over they are working on it!

Someone stole my code so I called customer service and they said someone had used it and it wasn’t me. The rep. said I just needed to buy the item I wanted and then give her the order number and then she would put in a ticket for me so they will credit my account the full $25+ shipping and I will hear back through email from them. Hope it works but the rep. was 100% confident it would work. I wonder if others who have had issues with their codes not working tried this and came to find out it was used by someone else too?!

Lisa , make sure there isn’t a space before the code in the coupon bar . Mine did that earlier and I had a space before the code. Couldn’t even tell at first but my pampers rewards does the same thing so I checked it. Then mine worked no problem !

You can go through normal check out. Otherwise it will give you tough time.
If you didnt request a code by noon EST. Then you will never receive a code. Most people who requested a code after noon EST. seemed to never get one. I requested mine around 11:30 AM EST and received it instant.

OK, here’s the rundown.
I called that number and I finally got through @ 7:35 Pacific time and talked to a lady and informed her that I never got my code so she took all of my info asked me if I signed up…REALLY?
So gave her time I signed up etc. and she said she would escalate the info and they would be in touch with me but they didn’t know when or how email or phone?
That’s all she could do she said. I told her that people after me got their codes and their items etc.
This is not a foolproof phone call to them.
I really don’t expect to get anything based on what she told me sounds very bleak.
These companies should know better than to do this to customers…just going to make everyone mad because they got so many people trying to get this at the same time from all over the US and maybe other countries, who knows.
They should have beefed up there servers to handle the traffic.

Do not post your codes even after it’s been used. People can steal your codes by calling customer service & claiming it’s theirs. BE CAREFUL 😱😨🤐

I think what is frustrating is not that they ran out, but that they strung people along after they ran out. Yes, it is a free $25, but people were being told that they were getting a code and just to wait for it, when they were never going to get a code. It is just bad customer service.

I just called visa there are no more codes to give out they did not anticipate the volume they would get even though I opened my visa checkout account early at noon est, they did not have a code for me really, I feel mislead and had them close my visa checkout account! They also told lies yesterday when they told people it would take 24 hours to get their codes.

I sent an email to visa customer service that was listed at the bottom of the email I originally got only to get a mailer daemon reply. I’m worried of giving my credit card number to something fraudulent. Very disappointed in visa.
I called too. I was annoyed that they take your email, billing address and last 4 numbers of your credit card before giving you a generic answer that the codes are gone. Why did they need my personal information before telling me they were gone? They should have given a code to anyone that was told they would get a code. When they run out it should tell you they ran out.
I did not want to give my information to them. I do not think they will do anything about it. They said they did not think so many people would do this. I think that is dumb. How can you not think people would not want $25 off.

Here’s my two cents. In fine print the offer did say while supplies last. You win some you lose some on these type of deals. When they don’t work out, I move along and wait for the next great deal. As far as them taking your cc #, that was so you could sign up for visa checkout which you can use at anytime. Get the Taco Bell app and use VC and you can get up to $10 off your order thru the app. Or next Sunday, you can use it to order up to 2 pizzas from pizza hut for delivery for 1/2 price. And I’ve used VC on multiple things in the past!
