I did this on my card and my grandma’s and it said doorbuster for both of them and neither one of us got the points. 🙁 I did it 20 minutes ago. tried looking out and back in and nothing has worked 🙁
Mine loaded immediately to my account, but for my husband’s, I had to go back and click the little green arrow circle beside the green entry bar (if that makes sense) for it to refresh that I had completed it.

finally got it to load… did not work on chrome or IE but few min ago, the game piece finally loaded without displaying technical difficulties message… it took some time but game came up
I was so excited this morning to find an email from Kmart that I had won a sweepstakes and was given $75 in points! Already stopped there and picked up some clearance scooters for our church’s Christmas collection! FYI the doorbuster points are usually awarded as surprise points and will not be reflected in your point total. If you click on your point total it should load a screen where you can see your surprise point total as well!

Just curious, what does everybody do with these sweeps that only award $1 – $2? Its such a small amount, and there are SO many exclusions!
Hand soaps are $1.00. I’m stuffing up to make baskets for Christmas.

I buy it through Sears.com for store pick up . That way if you have multiple ones of $1 and $2 they can all be used separately online and then picked up in store.

The only hand soaps that I see are liquid pump type soaps for $1 and I’m not able to use surprise points for them on Sears.com.
I stock up on low cost automotive items like windshield washer fluid and heat for the gas tank.
Tried chrome, IE, and my Samsung phone. No luck. At least it’s only $1, I’d be upset it if was higher….

I just got 240 points instead of 1000!
I received $2 in surprise points and am trying to purchase the $1.97 washcloths but it says I have 0 points. I added another one to bring my total over $2 but I’m unable to apply my points. I’ve even waited a few days (even though they show in my acct) Any ideas what I’m doing wrong. Thanks!
try continuing to checkout even with 1 set of washcloths. when you get to the payment page, see if the $2 is points appear… there should be a button to apply points.
I get this message “Something’s gone wrong on our end. Please give us a minute and try again.” but I’ve been getting that message since Sat. My points say “Awarded as Sweeps Doorbuster. Items sold by Sears or Kmart.ExcludesLands’ End, Food, Household Cleaning, Beauty and Health Care, Fragrances, Cosmetics, Office and School Supplies, Batteries, Party Supplies sold in the Greeting Card department, Books and Magazines, Prescriptions, Pharmacy, Alcohol and Tobacco items, all coupons, clearance and other surprise points. Cannot be combined with associate discount for any in-store purchase or Family & Friends discount.” This is making me crazy!
Hubby had this coming up too. He had to call some number after having a online chat wherein he was asked to reset his password & then it worked
Its because they’re clearance, clearance is excluded
I like to take my little guy in to pick out Hot Wheels cars with these $1 and $2 doorbusters because they only end up being around 10 cents. 🙂 Thanks

The $1 just got credited to my account a few minutes ago. I did the contest about a half hour ago. Just got the instant win game part to come up too by hitting the “refresh” thingy next to the “100% completion” green bar.

Megan, No, you can’t combine them on same purchase as it excludes other surprise points.
