I tried this before but not sure what I did wrong, but it did not print. Going to ask hubby for help because I would really love if I could print more of certain coupons.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hoping you can get it to work for you Tarri!

      • Tarri

I got it to work last night, not sure what I did but I am a happy camper. Thanks Collin.

  2. Cat

    Best news today! thanks Collin!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yay! You are so welcome Cat!

  3. cee

It would be cool if they had something like this and just scan instead of print

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Yes it would! 😉

  4. Jen D

That is awesome! Anyone know the process for setting up WiFi printing on a galaxy s6? I have a wireless printer and I think I tried to set up “cloud print” on my device a whole ago but it never worked.

    • Shopper

Cloud is completely seperate. Just go into settings printing, turn the Samsung service on. You’ll need to be on the same wifi as the printer.

When printing from coupons.com it will give a print preview, at the top is a drop down, click and click your printer, then the print button.

      • Shopper

If you have a HP printer, you may need the HP print service plugin, if it doesn’t show under printing as well. That gets turned on too.

      • Kelly

Thank you for this info. Mine has not worked either, so will try this when I get home!

      • Amanda

Thank you! This worked for me! 🙂

      • Jen D

        Thanks Shopper!! Appreciate it!!

  5. Darla

So how does the coupons.com app apply?? Is that separate or included in the 2 prints??

    • Mini

      Separate.

  6. Michelle

I have tried twice, didn’t work….has anyone had any luck printing?

    • paula

Same here. I have a Samsung Galaxy and a Wifi printer but still will not print. I have downloaded multiple apps and finally gave up. I was so excited when this was posted last time BUT still will not print:(

      • Shopper

You don’t need an app to print from a Samsung, the service is built in. Settings, printing, turn samsung service on. See my note to Jen above.

I’ve had no problems printing coupons to everything else.

        • Tina

I have a samsung as well and an HP wireless printer and I have not been able to print either

        • Jen D

Shopper, do you need to add your printer after turning the Samsung print setting on? After I slide it to “on” it says “searching for printers” and seems to just keep thinking about it despite my printer being on the same WiFi network and being able to print via WiFi just fine when I’m using my laptop. Thanks again for your help and reply.

  7. Sarah C

Any news when others will be doing the same like red plum, smart source?? I’ve been able to print only coupons.com from the app for awhile now…need something similar as I only use my phone right now since laptop is in need of repair…TYIA!

  8. jess

Does anyone know how to print from a tablet? It says you need a phone # to verify.

    • Laurie

I have an iPad and you just push print and they ask you for your cell phone #. Than they text you a code to fill in and that’s it. You have to have a wireless connection to your printer. Very easy, thanks Collin:) HTH:)

  9. Jennifer N

My printer isn’t one of the supported devices, unfortunately.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Bummer.

    • Shopper

I know you were trying to help, but that’s an old list. HP newest printers are called Envy, not on that app compatible list. Printing from the mobile site is different..my older wifi printer doesn’t work via the app, but does the mobile site.

      • Jennifer N

I have a Lexmark printer that has wifi and it doesn’t work via the mobile site or app. I was providing the link because it said that was some of the popular printers that work with it. I apologize if it gave anyone wrong info.

  10. Sharon

I was so excited to hear about this the last time you posted it, but I’ve tried this twice and it didn’t print. I would love to be able to figure this out! I have an iPhone 6 and a wireless printer that works well with my iPhone. If anyone knows the secret, please tell! 😉

    • Pam

I have the same issue; however I get a message stating that I need to input my email address, so that the coupons can be emailed to me because I have to print the coupons out from a desktop. I am using a 6s+ with a WIFI printer that is supported.

  11. dani

I tried, it say “printer not supported” however it lists my particular name of printer. Oh well….hubby will have to take a look 🙂

  12. Nicole

I can get the test coupons to print just fine from my computer, but the actual coupons I’ve selected won’t print..tried everything I can think of (reinstalling, updating, etc) 🙁

  13. nel

I tried but it doesn’t work from my ipad, iphone or samsung android, works from my lg g3 android phone, I have an epson printer, it’s wifi, airprint and all the devices are on the same network but still can’t print, contacted coupons.com and was told not all printers are supported.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn. Thanks for your feedback Nel.

  14. Linda

I’m in the market for a printer and am so afraid that the one I buy will not work with coupons.com or the app. yikes!

    • nel

Go to coupons.com and check the list of compatable printer before you buy, I guess your best bet is one on the list. Hubby bought ours, so I’m stuck with it, it has all the requirement but just won’t print from coupons.com from ipad, iphone, samsung.

  15. sunriseview88

Sorry for off topic but I have a $10 off $10 or more purchase at jcp that expires today if anyone wants to trade it for kohls reward. Thanks!

  16. Terri

Does anyone know how to change your zip code on the app? I don’t see an option for that.

    • Mel

Click the gear wheel in the top right corner from the main page of the app (on my phone, it shows the best daily featured offers. Can’t change from the grocery tab). Instead of using device location (if you have it turned on), enter a zip code and save changes.

  17. mai

Pretty easy to set up. I have an older galaxy 4 and an hp wifi printer. However, when it prints, it prints everything except for the picture of the products. So not doing me any good.

  18. Monica

I noticed that thos week! So, much easier!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Sweet!

  19. Linda

I was reading about saving ink, do stores take black and white coupons? Or do they have to be in color? Thanks

    • Whitney

They take black and white. If they question if its a photocopy, explain that you only print in black and white to save color ink! Usually they understand then.

  20. crissy

Has anybody been having trouble with this? I have been doing this for quite awhile now, but lately it will only partially print the coupon and use up my prints : (

  21. Whitney

Do you know if/when Target will have this option? I can’t print their coupons from my Android or my iPad. Frustrating. This new development from Coupons.com is a game changer! Love it.

  22. Cindy Purkerson

Is there a way to access the coupons from Swagbucks on your mobile device so that you still get the 10 swagbucks for each coupon redeemed?

  23. Teresa

Does the phone count as a different device? For example, if I print 2 coupons (limit 2) per device like my computer, will my phone be considered a different device, so I print another 2 of the same coupon?

    • sashamanda

Seems to count as different device. But, you cannot change the zip code, so many coupons may not be available.

      • mel

You can change zip codes. With the app you change it with the gear wheel. Or on mobile device, log on to your coupons.com acct and change zips under your profile. You’ll need the state though, so I google the zip to get the state for the ones I’m not familiar with.

  24. Bethany

I SO wish my printers were wifi compatible! One is 10 years old and the other is older that that, lol. As long as they keep working, i can get updated drivers, and ink is still available, I won’t upgrade.

  25. Lore

This is super news!! Thank you for letting us know! Coupons.com rocks!! I wish Smartsource and Lovo (i think it’s called) were more user friendly or compatible. I cannot print from either of those sites even from my deskto or laptop.

  26. Charlene

I’m pretty savy when it comes to electronics, and I’ve tried every way possible and my samsung S5 will not set up with coupons.com to print. I can print anything else on my phone, no problem! I turned on Samsung print service even though I’ve printed without that, I go through Hammerhill print app and it prints to my canon. But when I’ve turned on the samsung services, all I get as someone else mentioned it keeps trying to search for printer on wifi network and comes up with nothing, even though my Canon printer is part of my wifi network! I think coupons.com make it harder than its necessary. Would like to resolve this to print coupons from mobile, but looks like its too good to be true!

    • kathy

I have a samsung s5 also. Cannot print either. Frustrating.

  27. P

    Won’t support Kodak printers! 😭

  28. Tarri

I finally got it to work, yay. Thanks for posting.
