For some things I noticed you don’t use points, you just have to be signed into your account. The blankets were $7.99 but when I signed into my account the price changed to $1.99 🙂
I believe these prices are online only purchases. I purchased the Disney Frozen 3 wheel scooter for $19.99 and used SYW rewards points to lower out of pocket expenses, plus chose in-store pickup! Before I signed into my account, the price was $44.99
I just used some of my surprise points to get free Joe Boxer Women’s River Slouch Booties (currently $9.99) and I should be able to pick them up at my local Kmart later today.

Been so frustrated with Kmart. I stayed up late to be online when the deals went live, and there were things put on sale that I don’t think they even had in stock. I was getting ‘yikes not there pages’, and I still can’t get the buy one get one fifty percent socks deal to work. I chatted late last night with Kmart and was told the socks I wanted weren’t included in the deal, and yet the FOL socks that are on the doorbusters advertised link weren’t ringing up right either! I wasted so much sleep on them lbvvs

I have items in my cart but when I checkout the items are at full price. I have a shoppers reward account so what am I doing wrong? As you can tell I don’t use this very often.
I had to contact them via chat to get them at the member price. They placed the order for me that way.

How do I apply my surprise points? It doesn’t show anywhere that I can use them on my purchase but I should be able to right?
I can’t figure it out either. It says I have $33 in points yet at checkout — all the way to the end, shows no where to do it.
Usually when payment comes up you can click on points instead of your card. Then it applys the points, recalculated and then you choose a card. I usually do mine on mobile so I don’t know about desktop view
