I’ve bought 10 gift cards so far and have been able to use them right away!
I did this for my last VS secret order, ended up returning 2 of the bras I purchased. Totally forgot I used a raise gift card, & the cashier told me I’d receive my refund into my PayPal account, but I got an email from VS days later w/ a VS store credit in the amount of $39.44 which was less than the price of the bras I returned. I’m so confused on how to handle it or who to even contact about the rest of my money.
So just word of advice, ONLY use raise if you know for certain you won’t need to return the products.

I saw the secret Santa email, when I sign into step two it just said find out how much your reward worth “shop online or in store” I clicked online and added some items to my cart to see how much I have.. But nothing was taken off.. So I went to the email again and when I entered my email it said I have already redeemed my reward!??? What did I do wrong?
