  After you enter to code, head to checkout, then fill in your address info, then you will be able to select free shipping. Hope that helps!

   use hip20 and not extra20. it will say “free-$1.50” and it will add and then deduct 1.50 for shipping!!!

  They cancelled mine too!!

  I emailed and they said that they had a lot of people placing duplicate orders and they showed me that I had in fact placed two orders… But the one they cancelled was the one they sent me a confirmation email for – so it looks like they cancelled the only order I placed but I guess there is a second order… If it doesn’t come I am going to be livid and I will insist they fulfill it with expedited shipping… Giving them a few more days 🙁

  Call or email them…

  They did the same to me, but they insisted that lots of people were placing duplicate orders… They only sent me one confirmation email and that was the order they cancelled, but when I emailed they showed me the other identical order and I’ve gotten a tracking email for it now too…

  I had wondered what was going on. I placed one order, received an order confirmation but never received the shipping confirmation. According to their website, my order number does not exist. I guess now I know why. That was the first order I have ever placed with Oneida and it will be the last.
