    When I ordered it said free shipping all the way until I hit the final submit and the receipt came back charging me $6 shipping. I called the customer service at Columbia and they said they have been having problems with it. They need your invoice number and they say they will credit back the $6 when it ships. So look at your reciept carefully.

  This happened to me too. Received the receipt for $29.01 and called CS, a very nice guy told me the shipping charges will be reimbursed after the item has shipped, by Friday at most according to him, and that I can contact them if I do not receive any notification until then,

    I’ve seen a few ladies wear this jacket in the lilac and I have absolutely loved it. At this price I had no choice but to get one for myself! It will go great with the crocs rain boots I purchased last night for $17.99. Thanks Hip for keeping me dry and looking good at amazing prices.

    Tried to order and code wouldn’t work. Called Columbia and they said it was a bogus code….they’ve had trouble for the last week. Said an employee put up a code that they’re not offering. He gave me free shipping tho.

    I’m trying to order a jacket. When I go to check out and add the promo code, I get the following message….
    “Promo code “BH9KHG45YT2XC” can currently not be added to your cart”. It says the code is good til 12/22. :'(
