Mine says I have 10.00 to use on clothing…. But below that it says something about $50 qualifying purchase. Do I need to spend $50 to use the free 10?

I have about $40 in surprise points and everytime I try to checkout I am having a hard time redeeming them. I called customer service I am having a hard time reaching them too. Any suggestions?

I got $30 off $30 at Sears or Kmart. I got this same $30/$30 last week and a few $7/7 and a $13/$13 in the past few weeks. I haven’t let any of them go to waste:)

I LOVE their reward program, I’ve gotten so much FREE! I do however say if I get a $30 off $30 purposely spend $5-$10 more bc I keep getting them every few weeks.
Right now they have a ton of the cute colored strappy, lace, criss cross and t back bras $6.99 to. $9.99 and the cute Ts with the oval cut out in back that match for. $9.99 in store. Note the bras are not in bra section but w the tops.

Note you can not use surprise points on clearance merchandise and I think daily steals are excluded also. Also cannot use any other q w surprise pts (right now there is a 20 off q) But if they are ur earned pts can use on anything and use the store qs. They are giving 10% back in pts. Right now. In store they have a lot of Bongo items. 60%, off mens. $89 jackets for. $29 etc., lots of good deals to use points on. I had. $30 points they gave me from past purchases and. $20 in surprise. So I did two transactions so I could use my 20% off q to use my non surprise pts.
Sears must hate me.

Every week I have gotten something. First 10 off 20 plus when i got 4 newborn jammies it was bogo and I got 10 back it points so 4 for free. Then 20 off 20. Then 10 off shoes so i got newborn size cowboy type boots. then 10 off 10. My newborn is set for awhile and it was all free 🙂
