I was given some covergirl make uo as a birthday gift and since I can’t use it I was trying to return it Walmart but I don’t have a receipt and it was not recognized in their system. Does Target require a receipt for returns? I would rather return the make up for a pair of shoes that I really would rather have but if all else fails I will just give the make up to my nieces instead of throw it away.

I was just at Target and they had a lot of makeup on clearance. I got two Rimmel lip glosses originally $5.49 for $2.74 and I had a $1/1 lip product so only $1.74 each!
Just got this deal! the ultra smooth makeups are working for buy 2 receive a $5 gift card!! That makes them $1.13 money makers each. 2 of the 4 I bought just now had $3/1 peelies on them 😀 so I got 2 star wars mascaras, 4 ultra smooth foundation, 1 facelift effect foundation, and a revlon eyeshadow ( on clearance for $4.38- used $3/1 coupon from insert)…paid OOP $25 and change, got back TWO $5 gift cards and also submitted my receipt for the $5 gift card from the covergirl webpage! SCORE!
