I got mine… Check for an email from shutterfly
I had to contact shutterfly customer service to get it.
I never got that either…on 2 different visa checkout orders with Shutterfly (I know you only get 1 but I figured since they didn’t give me a code for the 1st order, I’d surely get one for the 2nd order I placed)!
