    It’s telling me I don’t have an account 😬😬😬😬
    What’s up with that???

    • abitoflight

Me too. Apparently they’re working on the glitch and said to just check back regularly.

    • Laura

I called them. They said that they are working on the problem. They also said to keep trying to sign up every hour or so.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

        Thanks for the update Laura!

      • Michelle

Keep trying. I just got through and was finally able to register my kiddos!

Finally was able to register for Downtown Disney, only took 2 hours of the no account message. I would also try signing in to your account. I’m not sure if it made a difference but I had to make a new one with my info my sons was locked because be isn’t 18. It must be a new change because I logged in a few days ago and it was fine and they still ask the question are you a boy a girl when registereing… I’m sure they don’t care what I am lol.

FYI you have to have a VIP account to register now (and it was supposed to be activated 2 days before this) and you must use your VIP email address to get in. It worked for me right at 6am (PT).

    • abitoflight

I registered for a VIP account last month and I still can’t get in…

If you have done a build in the past, you should have received an email from them stating you have to be a Lego VIP member in order to sign up for the builds due to their popularity. A Lego VIP membership is free and you needed to sign up by December 13th to make sure you could sign up for the build.

Thank you…it’s usually full by the time we get the email to sign up but we’re in for January

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Oh good! You’re welcome Stephanie!

  5. Precious

Thanks i got my boys registered

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Yay! YW!

  6. Miriam

The spots fill up so quickly at our store and most of them were ‘wait listed’.. Thanks to your reminder, Collin, I could register my son for the first time for the build.. Thanks a bunch! 😊

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Perfect! You are so welcome!

  7. Shazi

What’s the age minimum for these? Can my very capable three year old try this?

    • D

It’s for ages 6 and up. They’ve started cracking down on age-violators at my store. Could my 4 y/o do it? Probably! But I’m not taking a slot away from someone who is the age that this is targeted for. And I’m not lying on the form. (Not saying you would!!) But I take my 3 and 4 y/os with us when my 6 y/o does the build and they play with the Lego/duplicate free-play table while she builds and can’t wait til they’re old enough too. I like that they actually have to wait for something!

  8. Sammie

Got it ,thank you very much.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Sammie!

Thanks for this post! My store has a wait list BUT I entered the registration date for February (1/15) on my calendar. Maybe next time we’ll get a spot!
