Did you create a Target wishlist for a child and then purchase something on it? Granting a wish, like a genie, maybe?
I did not create a wishlist. The day I got mine, I added a CW offer in store after scanning the bar code and purchased the same day. I was reading another blog not long ago and she didn’t know how she got it, but deduced it had to be a collection cw offer, and I want to say the item I purchased was from the Jolly Good collection.
I got this badge yesterday. I used 4 cartwheel deals at once and one of them was the 40% off huffy frozen kids bike. I saved over $35 with that transaction so something triggered the badge after… Not sure if it was the bike or the amount saved by using cartwheel. Hope that helps a little bit!
I got the joy genie and only purchased $25 worth of cream cheese, eggs, flour, and Oreos. The Oreos and eggs had a cartwheel.
