I will never shop with them again!!! Last time I was a first time customer, exchanged for a smaller size. They weren’t supposed to charge me a restocking fee. But did. And I’m still fighting to get it back. They also didn’t give me the same price for the exchange as that was a one time sale. Google shoebuy complaints before ordering. I wish I had!!
Laura, you’re definitely not alone. I had a really bad experience with my order as it had gone almost two weeks and I still did not receive a shipping confirmation. Their customer service representative was rude to me and not very helpful at all.

Sorry to hear about the bad experiences, but I have had quite the opposite experience. I’ve been shopping with them for years and have had nothing but good experiences- quick shipping, no problems with returns.
When I enter the code I keep getting the following message: Sorry, this promo code is invalid or has expired.
So the code works on the boots you put in the post, but didn’t work when I tried some other shoes including a couple pair of kids shoes. What are the limitations for the code?

I ended up ordering the North Face Caroluna jacket. It was $119.95, so $69.95 after the code. I added my Amex to my Visa Checkout account and used that, so I’ll end up paying $55.96 after the 20% off from the Amex Offer. AND I went through ebates for 12% cashback. Awesome deal!!!

I just picked up a pair of BOGS originally $119 for $69 – such a GREAT deal. I have had a very hard time finding really good discounts on BOGS winter boots – and never for such a price reduction (basically 40% off). BOGS are super high quality and last a very long time. I just know I’m going to love them. Wrapping them and putting them under the tree for myself. Merry Christmas to me 🙂
The boots pictures here. I have them and purchased them probably 5 years ago. I love them. They are super comfortable and aren’t super snug so your thigh will actually fit in the boot when you have pants on. I would recommend these boots to all my friends. I also have a similar shorter version that laces up. This is a very good by IMO. 🙂 Hope that helps.
