How long do you have to watch it? And can you watch more than once? And start and stop throughout?
Mine says the rental is good for 23 days which I thought was awesome!!! Yes u can watch it as many times as u like. Yes u can start and stop. I love amazon!!
I just checked with customer service and once you start streaming the video, its only good for 24 hours…but you have 29 days to start streaming the video

Hi Amanda, I called amazon video cus srv and they had to find the promo once they did she cancelled my order which charged me full price. I reordered it with her on the phone and she applied the credit for 75% off. I hope that helps everyone. Also got a $1 music credit so basically .50 for a $6 movie.
I did it from my cell, I beleive that was a factor in the problem also.

I have prime and I just got an email from Amazon saying I have a $1 credit towards music from this purchase as well 🙂
