The note about the 30% savings comes up, but in the cart it’s only showing a 5% discount. Anyone else have this happen? Will it really give the larger discount if I proceed with my purchase?
it’s happening to me right now.. .i will give you an update once i’m off this call.. i’ve been on the phone for 54 minutes now with them!
end result = they wouldn’t honor the price. she said it was an IT dept error, and that i could wait until they fixed it to buy them, or buy something else. she saw the 30% off should apply but refused to honor the price (this was a supervisor) and told me she didn’t have a supervisor for me to talk to. so, no, you won’t get the 30% off unless you wait for their IT dept to fix it. or you get a customer service rep that wants to make their customers happy.

omg i’m going to bang my head against a brick wall.. i’ve been on the phone w/target.com for 52 minutes now because it’s only taking 5% off vs. 30% and they’re telling me every excuse possible – when in reality no one understands why it’s not working… at this point they should just give me them for free! so frustrating. this happened to me when they had a sale on jeans too.. my “color” was supposedly excluded from the sale when in fact it didn’t say anything about that in the fine print and they wouldn’t honor it. anyone else having this issue??
