   I got 2 pairs from the deal you posted the other day. On the main page, it gives you the option to upgrade to UV and anti-reflective coating for $29. If you decline and go with the cheapest option, on the next page, they offer it for $9 under the You May Want to Consider section.

   Does anyone have a suggestion on how to save money buying contacts? I often see awesome deals on glasses but not contacts.

  Costco? But its sounds like you pay upfront and submit to insurance if you have it. I even have decent vision insurance and i even pay alot still i always use the benefit on contacts.

  I always order my husbands contacts through visiondirect.com. They generally have 20 to 25% off for first time customers, they have “bulk” order discounts when you buy a years’ worth of contacts (8 boxes for him…he wears dailies), they have always had a rebate available when I’ve purchased his contacts, and you can get 8% cash back through ebates. Plus, I believe they are partnered with drugstore.com so you will get drugstore.com dollars as well. All in all, I’m generally able to knock about $50-$100 off the purchase price, plus I get $30-45 back through ebates a $25-$75 rebate card, and about $15 at drugstore.com.

  Either visiondirect.com or Walgreens.com I wear contacts and so do 3 of my children, so we are always buying contacts! Google whatever brand you wear and you can usually find a good deal with a promo code. Costco has not been the lowest for us, surprisingly.
