I love these so much that I threw away ALL of my plastic containers! They don’t get really hot in the microwave and they seem to heat evenly too! And they are the perfect size for left overs!

Lids on these break often:( the glass containers are great! I haven’t tried to find replacements yet, anyone else run into this issue?
Yes, my lids have all split, this reminded me to see how much replacements cost.
Ouch, looking at the replacement costs on Amazon makes more sense just to buy entirely new sets on deals like this one.
If you have outlet stores near you, look for a Pyrex or Anchor Hocking outlet. They often have the replacement lids and containers available for individual purchase.

One tip about lids (which are a bit flimsy) is to never put them in the microwave. We use ours daily for lunches and leftovers (and have accumulated a few sets), and find that the lids hold up best when they aren’t heated.
I’ve had a set of these since 2008 and never allowed the lids(all blue not multicolor like these) in the microwave but I did try to clean them in the dishwasher which I found to also be damaging. Hand wash the lids.

Never microwaved them, still cracked. So use in the dishwasher some. I think just the temp changes from fridge freezer and such cause them to be somewhat brittle.
