   I had a bad experience once when I ordered online sears.com. The product was not as it appeared online and when I got it , I was so disappointed. When I went to sears to return ….they told me that it was a third party marchandize. They refused to take it. I had to call the seller and pay shipping to return it. MAke sure you buy a sears product if you want to later return in the store. HTH.

   Just a heads up I ordered this for $18 like 3 weeks ago and it was ugly. The size is very very boxy it has no shape to it. It looks cute but once u wear it it’s awful I took it off in 2 minutes and returned the next day.

  I bought the charcoal color coat for my mom and the pink color for me. You never can tell with very inexpensive clothes. Sometimes, the quality is excellent and sometimes it’s terrible. I got a leather coat for $13 a few years ago that was beautiful. This coat got good reviews on the Sears website. So maybe you were unlucky in getting one that wasn’t constructed well – hoping that’s the case. The coat is sold by Sears so should be able to return it if it doesn’t work.

   I just bought this coat last week and I love it!! It’s super cute! With points I was able to score it for $0.52! You can’t beat a brand new 52 cent coat! I would still buy it at the sale price though because I’ve seen them all in store and they are all cute!

   Check to see if any coupons to load, Kmart has the $10 off $50 so maybe Sears too? haven’t checked yet.
   I own this jacket, it’s great for price and looks ok, but fabric is inferior to touch and hangs less than beautifully, but not bad for the price, also wrinkles like crazy and short fibers pick up everything.

  I got $10 in surprise points, but mine specifically states that it cannot be combined with coupons. 🙁 They seem to be doing that a lot more lately. (And I tried just in case and it will not let me apply both) Read the fine print and/or just try it and see what happens (can’t hurt to try).

    I bought this coat in 3 colors in November with suprise points. I absolutely love it. The lenght is great for my short height. The belt gives it shape. It fits like a short trench and it’s warm like a nice peacoat. I get compliments every time I wear one.
