I did this deal and yes you earn the $5 gift cards as well. I got 4 bags of the purina one ( 11.99) last week and I earned $20 in gift cards altogether
So excited! I have been waiting for a deal to use the coupon for a $10 gc!! Now i wish i had more of the $1.50 coupons lol my mother in law runs a small shelter for dogs and i always love to stock her up whenever i get a chance 🙂 ty collin!
