It’s worth a try. I showed the jack in the box coupon for the buttery Jack on my phone and they accepted it.
It might not work. I think it depends on if your store is corporate or franchise. Most corporate stores require the paper coupons, unless it is a mobile coupon from their specific mobile rewards app. It can be a matter of tracking. Even franchise stores log which coupons were used the most, specifically “bounce back” coupons, which are given to guests in the restaurant for use on a future visit, to get them to “bounce back in.” With the Super Star rewards app, each location is given a daily report automatically that tells them how many check ins they got from the app, and how many of each coupon was redeemed. Many times each cashier is responsible for having the physical coupons in their drawer match the discounts given on their register. I know for sure my franchise will absolutely not accept the coupon unless it is printed out. We can only accept Super Star rewards mobile coupons. All others have to be paper so we can send them to our franchise’s main office. If you enjoy Carl’s Jr, and you don’t have a printer I would check out their mobile rewards app. Each time you stop in, you can check in for 100 pts, and you can redeem the points for coupons.
