Random question: when did you start getting formula checks? I registered again with similac, gerber and enfamil and am due in four weeks but haven’t gotten any samples or checks like I did with my first son three years ago.

Does anyone have any good ideas for getting formula cheap? I use enfamil but it is so expensive and coupons are hard to come by… Any ideas would be appreciated.
When I worked in a Peds office vendors gave us samples. Possibly ask your dr/nurse, they may have samples or coupons
Try emailing enfamil. My daughter could only use that formula and they sent me 2 free cans and $20 extra in checks. Good luck.
As she got older I also used targets store brand for enfamil with no problems. It goes on sale often too. I could use either or without my daughters stomach suffering. She had a very sensitive stomach too.
We used the Costco brand formula, it’s very comparable to Emphamil and we had no problems with it. For a third of the cost, price cant be beat!
Most peds offices are not getting formula anymore. For my girls I used Sams club brand formula in the huge containers. At that time they were usually around $20. Best deal around. As the sizes for all foods have shrunk so have the formula containers and you are paying double and triple for these. If you read the name brand labels and the store brand labels they are the same. Most store brand formulas are even made by the name brand companies. I am sure glad I am done with this stage b/c I really do not think I could afford formula these days.
I scored a Bob Revolution SE Stroller at Target for $195.00 just on clearance the other day! Those are $400 strollers. I’m so excited.

I’m confused about the Walgreen’s Huggies deal. Last night (1/7/16) I bought 3 packages of Pull-Ups for $8.99 each and one package of Baby Dry Diapers also for $8.99. I used a $2 off coupon for each. So I spent $35.96 minus $8 in coupons which is $27.96 pre-tax. This scenario fit with the examples you list. However, I did not get a $10 RR. Was this an error? Or does the deal not work unless you spend $30 after coupons? Can anyone help?
I didn’t work at my Walgreens either despite being featured in the ad. I wonder if there is something wrong with the Catalina part of the deal. I just had them refund all of it because there were other deals at CVS. (I have a baby shower this weekend and was hoping to show up with lots of diapers 🙂 )
