    Great clothes but HORRIBLE customer service! I have wasted so much time trying to get a refund from an order placed back in November that was missing items upon receipt. Still not resolved…

  That’s awful :(. I’ve shopped with them for years and never had a problem until October when an item was missing in my order. I called and they shipped me a new one no questions asked and it came a week later. Hopefully it was just a bad time for them and not a new trend. I love Gymboree!
