I live in hampton Virginia, and the Target store will not let you use coupons on a item if there is any kind of free target gift card attached to the deal? Not sure why that is, because they get their money back from the manufacturer. I have even sent a message to target.com and received a conformation that yes this is true.
My target didn’t have signs up, so I didn’t try it.. If you scan in store, will it tell you about gift card?(before checking out)
