Becareful when ordering here. Couldn’t get the ink to work with my printer. Said it was not compatible and I tried resetting the settings on the printer too.

1st time I ordered from them the ink worked perfectly, second and third they didn’t. 🙁
I also ordered ink cartridges from here and have had nothing but problems! I ordered 2 of the same cartridges. When I received them, the first thing you get when you open the package is a long list of “troubleshooting” suggestions. This should have been a sign. Neither of the cartridges worked, both said “non-compatible”. When attempting to do the alignment pages with the “non-compatible” error, very faint lines printed, then printer registered as “out of ink”. The cartridges were empty as well as non-compatible. There was a troubleshooting suggestion for both problems…neither suggestion worked. Apparently, these problems occur a lot.. Not only was the ink from this site not priced any cheaper than retail (only cheaper with the coupon code, that’s why I ordered it), but has been nothing but a headache.
They state that they offer a year guarantee, but it has been a hassle. My return and refund was denied. Luckily, I paid through Paypal. I opened a dispute, in which TomatoInk was quick to deny and then suggest some “troubleshooting” through the dispute. I told them that I had tried their troubleshooting several times and was irritated at this point. It was only after some back and forth that they then agreed to “refund upon return”. That was fine with me, I had no problem returning the products, but they weren’t going to pay for return shipping until I stated in the dispute that I didn’t think it was right that I had to pay for return shipping on a defective and empty product. They did finally send me a prepaid return label, but it did not have a delivery confirmation (this is important, because Paypal requires proof that the item was been received for the refund). Although, this could have been an oversight by TomatoInk, after all the problems, I honestly believe that they purposely don’t send the tracking#/delivery confirmation so that they can say they never received the return and don’t have to refund. I don’t like to think so negatively, but I honestly can’t believe all the hoops you have to jump through just to get a refund on a defective product.
I’m still waiting on my refund.
I apologize that this is long, but if I can save anyone from the hassle that I have had, then it was worth it!

Just a heads up I ordered from this company twice in 2 months. The company took my debit card information, took the money then 2 days later canceled my order( twice) and then took another day to credit my bank account. I will never order from them again. I would rather pay more and actually get the product then have someone run my information give me a tracking number then cancel the whole order. I tried to call them and the phone all was never answered.
I had a very good experience with them. When my 2nd cartridge began giving me issues, they immediately sent a replacement even before I returned the problem one. My printer does not like refilled cartridges, to be sure, it always registers out of ink, but these cartridges work 90% of the time and last forever!
