Since I’ve moved I’ve stopped receiving any food type samples. I think my mail carrier must get hungry or something. 🙂

Agh every time I try to enter my address it says to only use numbers and letters and wont let me submit.. why is it doing this? 🙁
It did that to me too! I was putting dr for drive once I typed drive it worked. The only problem is that my address needs to be put as Oakland dr in order to get the mail so we will see. If anything else someone at the other side of town will gets these.

The recipe change is they swapped the isomalto oligosaccharide syrup (prebiotic fiber) for soluble corn fiber. I make my own Quest bars at home with IMO syrup…much cheaper

Certainly!! For 1 bar: 2TBSP IMO syrup, 1/4c protein powder– heat IMO until slightly bubbly (in micro about 15 sec), mix in protein powder, place in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into bar, refrig/freeze until firmed up. Enjoy!!
You can use any type of protein, I like whey, and any flavor. I currently have chocolate and like to add an extra tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder to kick up the choc flavor and I always add 1/2tsp coconut oil to my bars for healthy fat. You can also add a tsp of any nut butter which is really good. Other add-ins could be chopped nuts, dried fruit, and Lorann makes tons of extracts and flavor oils (ex. Cheesecake, cake batter, etc.).
Have fun with it–the flavor possibilities are endless!!
I make these too!! Have you tried the extract/flavor oils? I’ve wanted to but wondered if they taste good or artificial/chemically.
