    I don’t trust Sam’s Club, last year they had a free membership deal for new or expectant moms, which I was, so I signed up for it. Never received my welcome packet so I called to check. I got a recorded message saying they had an overwhelming response to the promotion and they would be getting the information out as soon as possible. That was at the end of October!

  I went to customer service in-store after getting the same result from calling. I got my card in less than 10 minutes. A week later, customer service called to confirm where the welcome packet should be sent to, but I told them I already completed signing up. Worth a try to go in-store.
