   I’m all for good deals but spending money on dog treats is a waste of money. With dogs being able to get sick and companies doing recalls it’s safer to go natural. And when I mean natural I mean people food dogs can eat. Not the more expensive natural treats also processed. Here is a short list of treats you CAN and CANNOT give your dog. Healthy and cheaper.

   Apples (no core or seeds)
   Blueberry
   Strawberry
   Frozen banana
   Cantaloupe
   Watermelon (no seeds)
   Plain popcorn
   Green beans
   Carrots (raw or cooked)
   Squash
   Zucchini
   Lettuce
   Spinach
   Sweet potato mashed or cubed
   Rice
   Plain chicken

   DO NOT

   Grapes and raisins
   Garlic and onion
   Tomatoes
   Avocado
   Mushrooms
   Nuts
   Fruits with pits

   There are others but you can always google. Just mentioning since this site is about saving money. And buying people food goes a lot longer than the dog treats you buy at the store

   my local weis markets has a ton of their dog treats 50% off…with these coupons you could score some good deals. and i also seen a catalina about $3.00 back when you buy 3 milos kitchen treats. not sure of the details or even where to find them though….
