There are literally thousands of bed types, materials, sizes, firmness, etc. because everyone prefers something different. To put off a purchase because of negative feedback consisting of one generic word is a bit presumptuous. Kristen may prefer the exact opposite type of bed than you do…without more information, who knows?!

Check the website and it tells u. I think I read there is a restocking fee of 15% and shipping non refundable. And u would have to call a number. It’s all on the kohls page
