Cute ideas! I used the Tiny Prints deal that was posted a few weeks back for $20 off. Got 30 valentines that say “I’m ex-STRAW CRAZY to have you as a friend of MINE” – Tiny Prints had the Minecraft theme (for my MC obsessed son!) already done – I just changed up the wording slightly. I ordered crazy straws from one of the recent Oriental Trading deals since we can’t hand out any edible treats at my son’s school. We taped the crazy straws to the back of the valentines. I am impressed with the quality of the Tiny Prints valentines and I paid less than $20 for all 30 cards with straws so I am happy! Thanks Collin!

Does the tiny prints promo still work?

Cute! I found a cute Star Wars printable to add a glow bracelet light saber. 8 for $1 at the dollar store. Check Pinterest for anything your kid is into.

I found a cute Pokémon printable (I choose you!) that I will staple to small plastic bag with small Pokémon figurines in them. Amazon has the figurines for $17 for 144! So I will be able to cover all 3 of my kids classes for right at $20.

This is a wonderful idea. My class is nursery to age 5. I will add To God under the word Valentine, stating the child is Extra special to God. The card will have one piece of extra gum since they are so young. I cannot wait to give these to the children. Thank you for this beautiful idea that is useable at church. The children will love this.

My kiddos are a little older now, but one year I cut out 6 inch circles out of pretty tissue paper, & put a sucker in the middle with the stick going through two of the circle’s middle. Then gathered all of the paper together near the top. Then I placed a label that said something like “You’re as beautiful as a flower” & attached it to the stem. My son was a hit! I have to admit, they were beautiful and even the boys liked them! The parents all Loved them!

Another year, I took individual pictures of my boys, and played with the settings a little. Then added something like You’re a great Valentine! Everyone went crazy for those too!

My advice, check Pinterest & search with DIY Valentines for Xth grade & see what pops up. This should be something that will bring great memories to your child. Time flies way too fast!

    Enjoy!!
