My three year old son got this for Christmas and he loves it. I highly recommend it.

Can anyone tell, if this toy teaches phonics for letters?

    • Karin

Children can place each letter into the bus window and press it to hear Tad say the letter’s name and sound. Press it twice and Tad will say a word that begins with the letter, and then use the word in a sentence. Children can also press the music note on this LeapFrog magnetic letters toy to move and sing along to three learning songs, including the “Alphabet Song” and “Wheels on the Bus.”

My daughter got this for Christmas when she was about 1.5 years old and still LOVES it at almost 3!

Just bought one to add to my playroom. I thought I might hang a magnetic /dry erase board up. Any suggestions anyone? Thanks in advance:) Thanks again, Collin:)

    • Ginelle

I just have it on my fridge or dryer so the kiddos are distracted while I cook or do laundry.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      YW!

I just got this.. I did not want to put it on my frig due to its open concept. So I took an old cookie sheet and put some of the m3 command hooks that you use to hang pics (they are Velcro like) and I hung it in my kids room. Best toy ever and an easy way to not loose the parts 🙂

Is the bus magnetic as well? It just the letters. Can’t really see size of bus so was wondering. Thanks!
