Collin, when I checked online the promotions states: “$5 gift card when you buy 4 select Clif or Luna nutrition bar multipacks.” Have you tried with the singles?
Above on the price tag sign at Target it says it has to be multi packs

Me three! The girl typed it in and said oh back by Pharmacy. HUNH?!! -That was for the boxes. I told her, looking for the singles though. There were some other Clif bars by checkout, but they were in an entirely different package (not clear).
Although my store didn’t have this kind of Clif bar, other single bars like them (Luna/Kind…) were at the end of one of the personal care aisles in a plastic shelf like in the picture. Not on the end cap but attached to the side of it. Easy to miss if you’re not looking for it.
