Yes – can’t get past payment screen. My Target card is good – it’s the new one they sent me. So sick of never being able to get the Target website to work properly. Probably last deal I will ever try with them.

After I subscribe how do I cancel the subscription ??
After your items are delivered, log into your target.com account and go to subscriptions. It will allow you to cancel it there, but I always wait until my first order is delivered to cancel.
