    My last order from Gymboree was missing multiple items. Took me 2 months of dealing with customer service and still no replacements or refund so filed with my credit card. Very frustrating! Love their clothes but customer service is nonexistent. Personally I’m hesitant to do business with them again.

      last September I ordered a headband, just a headband, and it took 6 weeks to ship … it was crazy! if that was my only experience with them, I would’ve sworn them off, but honestly that was a total fluke compared to every other time I’ve ordered with them, normally they are pretty prompt
