I see the $2 colgate one reset too 🙂 Whoop Whoop!!!

  2. Miranda

Can I do this deal more than once? I’m not a frequent couponer at CVS.

  3. padi

Will CVS take a bogo and stack with their store bogo as well?

    • Jen

Yes. At least, all mine have.

  4. Jen

I went to do this deal yesterday but they were sold out. I got a raincheck but the manager said they went so fast that he used the coupon on the larger bags for customers since they were exactly double the smaller size. Not sure if all CVS do this but I thought it was a cool idea. I now have a new favorite CVS based on customer service alone!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Glad to hear it Jen! Thanks for sharing!

Is the Beneful coupon still available.

  5. Gina

My three stores sold out got rain check $(

I have never shopped at cvs…….do I need a store card to do this deal? Thanks!

    • debi

More than likely, I’ve always needed my card to get the advertised prices. They can give you a card immediately at the checkout. They gave me one that they scanned for customers on a regular basis, good for me because it built up my overall purchase amount.

    • Gina

      YES

  7. Wilton

Yes, you need a CVS card to get this deal. It is quick and painless.

I also have a 30% off pet food on my CVS app. Will this apply to the B1G1 dog food deal?

  9. GA

Dollar General also has these on Bogo free this week. However, last time I did it the coupons didn’t take off what they should (as is usually the case at DG) so they didn’t provide overage and I actually had to pay for the dog food (not very much but still)

Just a heads up. We fed our dog Beneful for about a year and then read that people had found metal shavings in the food. We checked and there was some in our bags. Not sure of it made it to the national level but definitely would check the bags. Great deal though!

  11. Sad Senior

Mine always sold out on any good deal if not there when they open on the day anything post on hip2save.

  12. aj

Had to get a rain check only one on the shelf.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Glad you could grab the rain check!

  13. joanne

Did not work in our CVS–they said the coupon would not scan. I don’t believe it. The stores are getting wise to the coupons and doing everything to NOT lose money

  14. Kashi9

My local CVS refused to let me use a coupon. I was told they could not honor B1G1 coupon when products are on sale already for B1G1. Very sad!

    • Jen

I would print and take their coupon policy. Some cashiers just don’t want to deal with coupons.

  15. Michele Warren

    Gone 🙁

  16. TERESA

WENT TO MINE AND THE LADY SAID THE SAME THING THEY DO NOT TAKE B1G1 COUPONS WITH B1G1 DEALS WHAT DO YOU THINK WE ARE JUST GOING TO GIVE IT TO YOU FOR FREE. AND LAUGHED I SAID YOU COUPON POLICY STATES THAT YOU TAKE THEM AND SHE SAID I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THAT AND I AM NOT LOOKING.. YOU CAN NOT DO IT. SO I WENT HOME AND EMAILED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON IF THAT IS THERE COUPON POLICY OR NOT. SO I GUESS IT IS A WAITING GAME ON CVS TO GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME. SO SAD THE CASHIER WAS SO RUDE.

  17. D99

Afraid it didn’t work at mine either. 🙁

  18. penny

What zip code do we have to use?

  19. Melanieee

I’m not seeing the coupon. Does anyone know what zipcode to use to get it? TIA
