I used PayPal and it didn’t give me a final chance to review my order and enter the promo code so I was billed for shipping. I had to call e.l.f. and they adjusted my order to remove the shipping, and sent an email to confirm my order was adjusted as requested. So be warned if you use PayPal.

I ordered from ELF on Black Friday last year and didn’t get my items for nearly a month. It was a giant headache and a hassle. I paid for shipping and they were supposed to arrive by a certain date; but didn’t come till a couple weeks after that. Never again ELF. Lot of places now sell ELF in store too. Dollar Tree has them a lot.
Did you contact them? I’ve placed several orders with them in the last few years. Once my box came w a hole ect they send a brand new set AND a gc! About a year later another order the palette colors were cracked. Again they refunded me and let me keep what was left…sorry you had a bad experience 😢
