When I used the code “nextfree” it says code has been applied to my order but kept the total the same. Does that mean it did not work or does the coupon come off when I place the order?

If you didn’t receive the email, then the code won’t work. In the fine print of my offer it says “exclusively for *myemailaddress* and non transferable.
Not true. I didn’t receive the e-mail & the code worked for me!
That’s sweet! I can never get the code to work when they’re posted. When I emailed groupon, they said the cross match the promo code to emails, and if you’re on the list, you’ll get the discount. And they send out emails in bulk several times a day, so possible you didn’t get yours at the time you ordered.
The total should be $100 or more!it takes just $100 off a $100 and above purchase
same happened to me. it said coupon applied but did discount did not show taken off.
My email only said 20% off. I used NEXTFIFTY and applied the coupon and it still only took off 20%.

Hi Diana. Log into your groupon account/App and click the three lines (Menu) on the upper left hand corner. Mines showed up there. Hth. Fyi I had trouble getting the $5 discount to apply. I had to live chat with a representative and after much explaining smh I received $5 groupon bucks instead.

BEWARE!! I have heard of many users not getting their money transferred over into Groupon bucks and I wasn’t seeing the $5 discount come off my purchase yesterday. I had to contact CS and after much explanation he added $5 groupon bucks to my account. Seems like he was clueless to the $5 discount. Just an FYI. Thank goodness I am DONE with the Snap app. More storage for my phone 😩😂
I really wish groupon would get on board with everyone else and allow a “codes” section on their mobile app so I don’t have to use my computer.

The code takes 50% off but will only take up to $50 off. So if you’re getting something that costs $100 or higher, you’re only getting $50.

Thanks so much! I found the email in my trash and would never have noticed the 100% free offer. Used it for a bowling voucher located at our vacation destination this summer, 2 games with shoe rental for 6 people. Only paid $1.26. Yay! This is a perfect example of why I check your site often!

I only got a 20%, but I managed to get some a sweet deal with it. Scandia Family fun park in Sacramento has their 24 pack of tickets for $8 today only, instead of $23.75. I used my $5 credit I didn’t know I was getting, and $3 of my $14.80 groupon bucks. Then I did two more transactions using my 20%, which took off $1.60 each. All together I spent $1 out of pocket, and got 72 Scandia tickets. They don’t cover the Miniature golf as far as I can tell, but we can use them on the rides, which are really the most expensive part!.

Got a 50% and would like to apply it to a hotel reservation. It states it expires 3/9. Do you think I have thru the end of the day tomorrow (11:59pm 3/9) to use it or will it expire at the end of the day today/the start of 3/9 (12 am 3/9)?

I’m bummed. I had a Next 50 coupon code and tried to use it but after I did a pop up came on saying that the item I wanted was sold out. When I tried to use the code on something else, it wouldn’t take it 🙁
