Too late..Pickups aren’t rang through the register, just a button is hit that charges it to the payment card. You’ll have to return/repurchase for coupons.
I have. You are not charged until you pick the items up. So I usually tell them I just wanted to make sure these items would be in stock but I’d prefer to checkout with the rest of my items. Then they cancel the online order, I take the items, do any other shopping and pay all at once with coupons and cartwheel. Note that gift card deals may not be the same in store as they are online so you may miss out on a gift card if you do this. And YMMV. Not all stores will do this.
