I’ve never done the whole tcp cash thing. I have a question to those how have. Is the clothing regular price when it’s time to redeem? Do they have sales like when you can earn the tcp cash? TIA

So to me, it sounds like regular priced merchandise only.
I know when I redeemed TCP cash in the past they put everything back to regular price. I wasn’t too fond of that!
You cant use coupons or rewards but I believe you still get the credit card discount. I did get some stuff that was on sale. But yes prices of other items I was looking at went up.
You should be able to use rewards with your place cash! They are the only “coupon” that is allowed to be used with place cash. Your credit card discount is also allowed to be used. As long as you still spend 20$ per place cash even after discounts you should be fine!

I think you can still use it on items that are on sale/clearance but you can’t use a coupon with it that is for 20% (or any percentage) off your TOTAL purchase. Don’t quote me on that though.
Also, I never order unless there is free shipping, which is not an option today. 🙁
Last time I had 17 cpns 10/20 bought all the jackets the 3 in one at clearance for my granddaughter my niece nephew and all my friends kids and with my place card I get 5% off more plus points! I only buy when I can get more cash cpn back and hit clearance ! My closet ready for winter
