Are you using the phone app? Bc mine seems to be higher than 5.99 too and I’m using the app.
I had the same issue during the unlimited prints offer. I contacted customer service and they told me the processing locations for orders through the app are different than the ones for online so prices vary by location. It seems the app pricing goes up by number of prints not as a set price
