We got a spiral ham last time Target had this deal. We just took ours out of the freezer for Easter and will be eating on it all week. It was very good! It was nice having to pay only $11 for a $22 ham.

Do you freeze it whole or bake, slice and freeze?
I just froze half of it and the other half I put it in the refrigerator. Make sure to put in gallon size freezer bags and it should be fine. Thawing the frozen ham in the refrigerator can take about 3 days.
We did the same thing for Easter! I was worried that freezing it would make it taste weird but I got tons of compliments on it. I wish I had a bigger freezer to buy more!
My store doesn’t carry the hickory smoked ones only the honey spiral archer farms ham’s and this offer wouldn’t work in those ones 😐

It worked fine on the honey ones at my store.
If you look at the label above where it says “spiral slice honey ham”, it says “Hickory smoked”.

My target had some honey glazed hams out but they didn’t scan with the cartwheel. It says hickory smoked on there but the honey glazed ones say they are hickory smoked in very small letters. So I took it up to the register and figured I would just return it if they told me it didn’t match up, but the 50% off came off at the register! They also had turkey breasts for $5! So I got that and the ham for just over $10. Thank you so much!

Target in Chicago had a “Today’s specias long 3.00 off” coupon on all the hams in the freezer. So mine was $16.31 -50% cartwheel came out to $8.31- 3.00 coupon. I paid 5.31for a 9.89lb ham.
